Beautiful Cambridge & Ely
From our base near Cambridge on this lovely NEW holiday we feature Bury St Edmunds and Ely, a tour of Cambridge including the American Cemetery and the delightful Essex villages and countryside.

Monday
We depart and make our way to
Cambridge, arriving late afternoon at our hotel
for the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and
breakfast with tea/coffee and biscuits served on
arrival.
During your stay
• Visit to the University City of Cambridge for a guided tour,
including a visit to the American Cemetery. Afterwards we explore
the city at leisure.
• Excursion to the city of Ely where you have the opportunity to visit
the magnificent cathedral (extra) or take a stroll around the town.
• Bury St Edmunds, with is home to the Nutshell, reputedly the
smallest pub in the country
• Tour around rural Essex taking in Saffron Walden and Thaxted
with its famous Guildhall and restored windmill. Later we visit
Finchingfield.
Friday
After breakfast we depart and head for
home.
