Landscapes of Norfolk Past & Present

We depart and make our way to
Norfolk, arriving late afternoon at our hotel for
the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.

During your stay

• Visit to the city of Norwich for the morning
to sightsee, enjoy some retail therapy or just
relax, enjoy lunch, and watch the world go by.
• We join the Mississippi Paddle Steamer
‘Southern Comfort’ for a delightful sail
around the Norfolk Broads.
• We visit Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse,
near East Dereham. This fascinating museum
and historic farm is set in 50 acres of beautiful
Norfolk countryside. The museum farm is run
as a traditional Norfolk farm might have been
between 1900 and 1930, and there are many
rare breed animals to see.
• We head north to visit the popular resort of
Cromer with time to explore.
• Visit to Blickling Hall, now in the care of the
National Trust and one of England’s great
Jacobean Houses famed for its spectacular
Long Gallery and collections of furniture,
pictures, books and tapestries.

Monday

After breakfast we depart and head for
home.
