This popular area of the Show is always awash with take-home ideas to help you squeeze the most into your garden. Be it growing veg in tight spaces, colour combinations, plants for shady spaces or clever use of materials you’ll find inspiration in abundance.
The theme for BBC Gardeners’ World Live 2022 is Wild Life! Be it garden ecosystems and habitats, the beauty of untamed natural planting, a garden space to let your hair down in, or a fierce colour palette – we’re so excited to see the Beautiful Borders bloom into life.
The Floral Marquee at BBC Gardeners’ World Live is one of the largest in the country. A haven of colour and scent, it is the ultimate destination for all gardeners and plant lovers. From orchids to lilies, dianthus to alliums, it is a spectacular sight packed with award-winning nurseries and display. Shop ’till you drop from our carefully selected, quality nurseries and specialist growers. Plus, as if that wasn’t enough, you’ll find even more places to shop for plants in the Plant Village.
All tickets to BBC Gardeners’ World Live include FREE general admission to the BBC Good Food Show Summer, taking place in adjacent Halls at the NEC at the same time, packed with speciality producers and live stage demos from top chefs and experts.
The BBC Good Food Show Birmingham Summer offers recipe inspiration from top chefs and experts in the Big Kitchen. Get up close and personal in book signing sessions and have your cooking questions answered in LIVE interviews on the BBC Good Food Stage. Whilst BBC Gardeners' World Live tickets do not include a seat in the Big Kitchen, visitors could purchase seats on the day from the Box Office, subject to availability.

Packed with seasonal produce, ideas for al-fresco entertaining, the UK’s top chefs cooking up fresh recipes live on the numerous stages across the Show, and Pimms and picnics galore. Providing a variety of seed to plate inspiration, a vast range of grow your own ingredients and plenty of ideas to get your garden entertaining-ready! There are no barriers between shows, so you are free to wander between the shows at your leisure.
The Big Kitchen is the highlight of the Show (EXTRA CHARGE), where you’ll experience the very best celebrity chefs cooking delicious dishes live on stage. Mary Berry, Tom Kerridge, Michel Roux Jr, James Martin, Nadiya Hussain, and more. Packed full of magic moments and a great atmosphere, you’ll go home with memories as delicious as the food.
