We depart and make our way to Kent, arriving at the Bridgewood Manor Hotel for the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
During your stay:
Visit to Maidstone where you have time to explore the town before our afternoon visit to Royal Tunbridge Wells. The town lies in the heart of the beautiful High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
• Excursion to Rochester with its magnificent cathedral and historic castle. Take a stroll along the High Street and explore the old town.
• Afternoon visit to Leeds Castle, which is set on two islands on the River Len and has been home to generations of lords and ladies for over 1,000 years. We are transported through around 900 years of the castle’s history.
• A scenic ride through the Kent Downs to the historic city of Canterbury, dominated by the magnificent cathedral. There is a maze of intriguing side streets with a rich variety of specialist shops and welcoming cafés and pubs in which to relax
