Monday
We depart for Cumbria and our hotel for the next 4 ngihts stay with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Duing your stay
• A drive across the Shap Fells to Kendal for free time.
• Windermere Village with its little shops and beautiful lake.
• Visit to Glenridding with a journey on the lake ‘steamer’ along to Pooley Bridge.
• Morning visit to Grasmere and Ambleside where you have a lake ‘steamer’ cruise along Lake Windermere to Lakeside.
• Journey on the Haverthwaite Railway for a nostalgic steam train ride.
• Free time in Keswick before joining the Mountain Goat mini buses to take you where larger coaches cannot go. A truly memorable day!

After breakfast we head for home.

Shap Wells HotelThe hotel is set in tranquil surroundings amongst the Lakeland fells. Set in 30 acres of grounds, the hotel offers a well-stocked bar; lounges and a spacious restaurant. All bedrooms are en suite and have television, radio, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
