We depart and make our way to Loch Tummel and our hotel for the next 5 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
During your stay
• Visit to Scone Palace, where the ‘Stone of Scone’ once crowned many Scottish Monarchs throughout history. Now known as the ‘Coronation Stone’, it was utilized in 1953 for Queen Elizabeth II’s Coronation. The palace is set in more than a 100 acres of breathtaking countryside.
• Royal Deeside - much loved by the Royals for its rugged Highland landscapes and Balmoral Castle, the favourite residence of the late Queen. We have arranged for a local castle guide to take you on a tour of the castle and grounds, telling tales along the way. On return, free time in Ballater on the banks of the River Dee.
