Longleat is all set to tell you a story as The Festival of Light returns in spectacular style for 2025 with a spectacular lantern trail to a historical wonderland just waiting to be explored from 8 November 2025 to 11 January 2026.
Celebrating the 11th anniversary of this iconic lantern event - this years theme is yet to be announced.
Don't miss the UK's original and best lantern experience!
Upon arrival, your day will commence with your drive through the safari park (please note that we do not drive through the Monkey enclosure). Then you will have free time to explore the grounds and attractions at your leisure with the Illuminations switched on at 4pm.
Longleat has been one of the UKs best-loved attractions for over 50 years. A full day of family fun at Longleat Safari & Adventure Park all set within 900 acres of Capability Brown landscaped grounds, Longleat House is widely regarded as one of the best examples of high Elizabethan architecture in Britain and one of the most beautiful stately homes. It was substantially completed by Sir John Thynne in 1580 and today, his descendants are still lucky enough to call it their home.

The only things not included with a Festival of Light Day Ticket are optional extras, such as The Santa Train, Longleat House tour and animal feeding opportunities.

Child entry age 3 -14 years.
Children 2 and under - free entry - will not have a coach seat but sit on the lap of minder.
Please note: entry to the house is not included and can be booked for an extra charge on the day, subject to availability.
This is an outdoor event so please ensure you wear suitable footwear and dress for the weather.
