Sunday
We depart and travel north for our overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Dumfries with dinner, bed and breakfast
Monday
After breakfast, we continue the journey to the West Coast of Scotland, arriving late afternoon at the Royal Hotel, Oban for the 4 nights with dinner, bed & breakfast and hotel entertainment.
During your stay
Visit by ferry from Oban over to Isle of Mull and the colourful harbour town of Tobermory. This harbour was made famous as the setting for the children’s TV show- Balamory, with free time to explore.
• Free time to explore Oban at leisure.
• Afternoon Tea in the lounge on one afternoon.
• Visit to the little, white-washed town of Inveraray with free time to have a look around and maybe try the iron bru ice-cream!
Friday
After breakfast, we depart and begin the journey back to our overnight hotel in Dumfries with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Saturday
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast this morning before we depart and continue our journey home to the West Country.
The Royal Hotel is located in the heart of the coastal town of Oban on the West Coast of Scotland providing a gateway to the Scottish Highlands and Hebridean islands. Facilities include a lounge and a bar and all bedrooms are en suite and have TV, telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lift.
