Thursday
We head into Scotland and our hotel for the 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
During your stay
• Traditional Burns supper one evening with a glass of wine, Piper and entertainment.
• Free time to explore Stirling with its magnificent Castle that stands on a high plug of volcanic rock – well worth a visit (extra).
• Visit to the Kelpies to marvel at the largest equine sculptures in the world, standing at 100ft tall.
• We visit Edinburgh, where you can explore the Royal Mile, stretching from Holyrood up to Edinburgh’s proud castle, or Grassmarket, a lovely place to spend a couple of hours. Princes Street is retail heaven if you're looking for shopping opportunities.

After breakfast we head for home.

The King Robert Hotel is situated on the site of the Battle of Bannockburn and near to Stirling. All bedrooms are en suite with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel does not have a lift but there are ground floor rooms – subject to availability at time of booking
