As the pinnacle of Jump racing, the Cheltenham Gold Cup not only headlines Day Four, but is also the feature race of The Festival™ for spectators, jockeys and trainers alike.

Playing a major part in the sporting calendar in the UK each year, its winners go down in history with the likes of Best Mate and Kauto Star becoming household names.

The Festival produces an atmosphere that is unique. The roar of the crowd as the tapes rise for the first race on Tuesday signals the moment when the long wait is over and Jump racing's favourite fixture is back. The combination of the huge crowds, the amazing setting and the sense that you are watching history being made produces a sporting cocktail like no other. Prior to racing, enjoy the entertainment in and around the Tented Village, Parade Ring, Arena and Courage Pavilion with 70 trade stands, bands, interviews and the Parade of Champions.
