Sunday
An early start for Dover and the ferry to Calais.We continue to Forbach for our overnight inclusive of bed and breakfast
Monday
Continuing via the Austrian Tyrol we take the spectacular crossing into Northern Italy and to Riva del Garda where we spend the next 5 nights with dinner,bed and breakfast and lunch on Christmas Day.
Tuesday
After a leisurely brekafast we enjoy a tour around the shores of Lake Garda.
Christmas Eve
Today we visit old Verona, city of Romeo and Juliet’s tragic love. We return to our hotel in time to relax, before enjoying our Christmas Eve Gala dinner followed by live music.
Christmas Day
Merry Christmas. After a leisurely breakfast and maybe a stroll before returning to the hotel for a Turkey lunch. This evening we enjoy a typical Trentino dinner.
Boxing Day
Today we travel north to the dramatic Dolomites and enjoy a scenic tour of this outstanding area before we visit the charming and pretty Lake Molveno (subject to weather conditions).
Saturday
We depart after breakfast and make our way back to Forbach and our final overnight with bed and breakfast.
Sunday.
Returning to Calais for the crossing home and our return to the West Country.
Your Hotel
The Sole Hotel is set right on the lakefront and located at the side of the main square in the centre of Riva del Garda, with shops bars and restaurants close by. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, hairdryer and mini bar. The hotel has a lift.
