We depart for the north and our hotel for the next 4 nights with dinner, bed & breakfast.
During your stay
• Visit to Dartmouth for a 1 hour circular cruise along the picturesque River Dart, viewing the castles of the estuary, Britannia Royal Naval College and Agatha Christie's Greenway Estate.
• We visit the market town of Totnes dating back to 907AD with its variety of shops and historic buildings.
• The seaside resort of Torquay where there is free time at leisure to explore. The town has many attractions, cafes and shops to explore and the resort is also famous for its connection with Agatha Christie.
• A scenic drive to Kingsbridge, the ‘capital’ of South Devon, with the chance to look around this pleasant town.
• The historic maritime city of Plymouth, with its great naval history, stretching back from the time of Sir Francis Drake and the Spanish Armada to today’s ultra-modern navy dockyards.
Friday
After breakfast we depart for home.
