Monday
We depart and make our way north, arriving late afternoon at our hotel the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
During your stay
• We head north for our guided tour of the Yorkshire Dales national park. Stopping of at the market town of Skipton where we have time to look around the town and enjoy a coffee break.
• Visit to the city of Leeds calling first at the Leeds Industrial Museum at Armley Mills. This mill was once the largest woollen mill in the world. You will learn how this factory operated, the dangerous working practices its workers faced and how the industrial revolution impacted the area.
• Free time to explore Leeds at leisure.
• We head to Harewood House, one of the Treasure Houses of England, set in the heart of rural Yorkshire. The house holds an impressive art collection including renaissance masterpieces, exquisite Thomas Chippendale furniture, all combined with 100 acres Gardens and a renowned lakeside Bird Garden.
• Visit to the pretty town of Ilkley where you can explore at your own pace or perhaps enjoy a visit to Betty’s Tearooms!
Friday
After breakfast we head for home.

The Best Western Plus Craiglands is on the outskirts of Ilkley providing a good base to explore Yorkshire and facilities include a spa pool, gym, bar. All bedrooms are en suite with TV and tea/coffee facilities.
