This must-see London attraction invites you to step inside the most famous bridge in the world to explore its iconic structure, spectacular views, modern exhibitions and magnificent Victorian Engine Rooms!

 

Visit Tower Bridge Exhibition and discover its colourful history from Victorian times to the present day. Films, animations and interactive displays in the Towers and the high-level Walkways provide insights into how and why the Bridge came into existence. From the modern high-level Walkways, experience the Bridge’s latest “wow” factor and see London life through the new glass floor, a unique viewpoint in the high-level Walkways, 42 metres above the River Thames.

 

Admire stunning panoramic views, spying such popular London landmarks as St Paul's Cathedral and the Monument to the west and St Katharine Docks leading to Canary Wharf to the east, while marveling at the 40 bridges featured in our 'Great Bridges of the World' refreshed display, each of which represents a breathtaking feat of engineering.

 

Be transported back in time as you continue on to see the original bridge lifting machinery in the Victorian Engine Rooms and then watch a short video showing the bascules being raised by one of our bridge lift drivers, recorded in the control cabin.
