Wednesday
We depart and make our way to Derby and our hotel for the next 3 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast. Live entertainment follows dinner this evening.
New Years Eve
After a leisurely breakfast we have a short ride into the city of Derby, where the historic cathedral is worth a visit or you can explore the Westfield retail complex. We make our way back to the hotel to enjoy a cream tea and a relaxing afternoon before our welcome dinner drinks and fabulous Black-Tie Dinner with entertainment. Leading up to midnight, toast to the New Year with a glass of fizz.
New Year's Day
After breakfast, we have a sightseeing drive through the pleasant countryside to Ashbourne and Carsington Water, where we enjoy a break at the Visitor Centre before returning to the hotel for a light lunch of soup and sandwiches. The afternoon is free for you to relax before tonight’s candle-lit dinner and final evening of in-house entertainment.
Saturday
After breakfast we depart for home.

The Signature Collection by Best Western Derby Mickleover Hotel The hotel is a short drive from Derby, close to the Peak District. Facilities include bar, restaurant, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, spa bath and whirlpool and all bedrooms are en suite with TV, telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
