QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE (THE GRANDSTAND):

Immerse yourself in the full splendour of Royal Ascot with a trip to the Queen Anne Enclosure. As the only public enclosure that grants access to the coveted Parade Ring, Bandstand and Grandstand, the Queen Anne Enclosure provides an unparalleled view of the world-class racing on offer. An outing here is never complete without the joyful singing around the Bandstand, which takes place each day after the racing.

Sip a glass of champagne or take your pick of the many eateries on offer, from the delectable steak and lobster at 1768 Grill & Tea Room to the more casual grab-and-go pizza, bao and toastie stalls.

 

Queen Anne Enclosure - Admission Dress Code

The Dress Code in the Queen Anne Enclosure is formal, and racegoers are encouraged to review the guidance ahead of their visit, Racegoers must adhere to the guidance outlined, choosing to follow in full a dress code they feel most comfortable with. 

LADIES

  • A dress or top and skirt, with shoulder or halter neck straps (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted, no minimum length)

  • A trouser suit of matching material and colour

  • A jumpsuit that falls below the knee and complies with the shoulder strap requirements

  • A hat, headpiece, or fascinator

GENTLEMEN

  • A full-length two or three-piece suit. Jackets and trousers should be of matching material (morning dress is also permitted)

  • A collared shirt

  • A necktie (patterns of a patriotic nature, for example a national flag, are acceptable)

  • Socks must be worn and should cover the ankle

  •  

WINDSOR ENCLOSURE:

Picnics are allowed in this enclosure and to accompany your picnic, each person is permitted to bring with them 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne. However, they must be brought to the racecourse in a picnic hamper or cool bag/box. Sharp bladed knives will not be permitted. Picnics must be brought in at the time of entry to the enclosure and not on re-entry. 

Leave the everyday at the gates and step into an occasion like no other in the Windsor Enclosure. A day in this vibrant enclosure is all about picnics, panorama and play. Live music, bustling bars, food stalls, and a relaxed dress code make the Windsor Enclosure a space where racegoers can escape mundanity and celebrate in style.

For a front-row experience like no other, the trackside lawns offer an exhilarating first glimpse at the horses racing for victory as they thunder down the track. Get caught up in the atmosphere as you watch your favourite race to Royal Ascot glory.

 

Windsor Enclosure Dress Code

Whilst there is no official dress code for the Windsor Enclosure, guests are encouraged to dress in smart daywear. A hat, headpiece or fascinator is encouraged along with a jacket and collared shirt.

 

NO food will be provided by us. Alcohol cannot be consumed on the coach.

 

Departure after final races approx 6.30pm.
