We depart and make our way to Scarborough and our hotel for a late afternoon arrival. We will enjoy the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
During your stay
• We follow the coast road to Whitby, the famous fishing port which was once the home of Captain James Cook.
• A free day to discover the varied attractions of Scarborough. Explore indoor markets and antique shops or walk up to Scarborough’s fortress castle and enjoy the views across the Bays.
• The historic city of York. Explore The National Railway Museum, The Jorvik Centre, The Castle Museum (entry payable on day). Stroll around the City Walls, explore the many quaint alleyways, and, of
course, the magnificent York Minster.

The Crown Spa Hotel enjoys a commanding position above Scarborough’s south beach, yet is a short walk from the harbour and town centre. Facilities include a swimming pool and fitness centre and all bedrooms are en suite with TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
